* Support building with vte 0.26, based on patches from Loïc Minier
(closes: #598281) and Marcin Juszkiewicz (LP: #649810).

(BTW, I tested a GTK installer build with this and the Execute a shell
option still worked, which is a pretty good sign.

Note that your patch can't be included in Debian because it doesn't
support the current vte in there; I suspect by the time my patch gets
included, Debian will have moved to a new vte and your patch will be
more relevant
