Public bug reported:

There are three shortcuts assigned to Alt+C in gnome-sound-properties on the 
Sounds tab:
  * Choose menu item
  * Click on a command button
  * Close
I think it's particularly important that close be accessible directly. As it is 
you need to select it and then press enter or space.
