gtk-missing-image is missing
To
Confirm this bug on Kubuntu 13.04 - can't start blueman-applet.
sudo apt-get install gnome-icon-theme
don't solve the problem, I see the error:
Failed to load StandardItems
Icon 'gtk-missing-image' not present in theme
Did anybody know some solution for this issue?

Problem solved for me after going to System Settings - Application
Appearance - GTK and changing Icon Themes - Fallback theme to GNOME
(default was be Oxygen).

blueman packages with itself a bunch of icons, i'm sure it's much better
to pack all dependent icons rather than link dependency to third party
packet which is not obliged to carry required hardcoded images.

I have installed blueman on kubuntu. When trying to start it I got the
gtk-missing-image is missing error report.
Solution is to install gnome-icon-theme. After that blueman started as
expected. I believe this means that blueman should depend on gnome-icon-
theme.

This icon is not part of the xdg icon scheme. The programs in question
are at fault in this case, as they don't depend on either gnome-icon-
theme or humanity-icon-theme. Alternatively they could use the standard
unknown icon that all xdg-compliant icon themes have.
