Network manager does not recognise ZTE mobile broadband dongle
To manage
The BootDmesg.txt indicates that the serial ports were created, so
mode switching and port creation has worked fine.
It's most likely a problem with modem-manager not able to detect the
correct connection port (usually ttyUSB2 for most ZTE devices).
