Binary package hint: trash-cli

Trash-cli doesn't send files to trash. I've tested trashing multiple files and 
unique one.
restore-trash command doesn't work either.

Since the program can't do what it's suppose to do, I believe this is a
good reason for a freeze exception. This is also an outdated version of
the program, even though maverick is still under development. Maybe it's
because the program doesn't seem to be in debian repositories
