Binary package hint: system-config-printer-kde
KDE 4.5.2 packages (and earlier)
Steps to reproduce, either:
- System Settings > Printer Configuration
- $ kcmshell4 system-config-printer-kde
There is way too much unneeded empty space in the window.
When started through kcmshell4, the height of the window can't be resized
