Binary package hint: userconfig

After a new user is added using the "user management " section of 
systemsettings, if you try to login in that user from KDM, a new prompt saying 
that the root requires you to change password emerges.
If you type password in that prompt, nothing happens, that is , no '*' marks or 
no characters are shown.
If you press enter, a prompt saying the password field is blank shows up.

One more thing, while adding new user, an administrator password was not
asked .
