Binary package hint: rsyslog

There is a file called /etc/rsyslog that contains the following line:
RSYSLOGD_OPTIONS="-c4"

Unfortunately, changing that line has no effect, as /etc/init/rsyslog.conf just 
has this:
exec rsyslogd -c8

Either /etc/default/rsyslog should be deleted (not nice), or
rsyslog.conf should use the contents of /etc/default/rsyslog
(preferable).
