For the upcoming oneiric release, both skype and googleearth i386
packages are installable via multiarch, and using ia32-libs to install
them is deprecated. If there are any problems with these packages on
oneiric, please file bugs against the respective library packages, not
against ia32-libs.

After update to 10.10, testing the webcam for G-mail video chat crashes
Firefox (3.6.11). Skype does not crash but when testing the camera the
webcam light comes on but video does not appear. Both of these worked in
10.04. The computer is a Toshiba Satellite A665D-S6059.
