How to reproduce: 
Go to Applications > Accessories > Take Screenshot. 
Click on "Help" button.

What I expected to happen: 
Some sign that Help is loading is shown less than 8 seconds after the Help 
button click.

What happened instead:
It took like 30 seconds for some sign to appear, which was the Help window even 
with no content yet.
