Thank you for pointing, I have found in the meantime, a guide on how to
help with the starter can hide the gconf-editor.

Sorry, Docky is meant to be a window manager. So there is no way we will
disable this. This option might be a bit confusing while using only one
dock. In this case you cant disable it since one dock need to handle
windows.
@Robert: We should consider to grey out this with only one dock present?
