This bug should be against the serverguide and not ubuntu-docs.
as far as I know all text outside of box violations were fixed as of
serverguide 12.04.

Maybe we could insert a soft line break in the code. According to this,

It seems to me that this is a problem with the way yelp renders the
page. Because the Table of Contents appears on the right and the text
doesn't wrap, it overlaps. Perhaps yelp should make the box have a
horizontal scroll bar when text like this doesn't fit in the window.
