Hi,
Some additional info and the logs attached.
First time when the system boots up , I can see two ubuntus ,on in
kernel version 2.x.35 and other one 2.x.32...when I entered on the
default ubuntu version 2.x.35 ,then only I faced the above issues.Then I
changed to recovery option of ubuntu 2.35
