You can disregard the sudo modprobe instructions as they are for
previous versions of Ubuntu (before Karmic). Just do the sudo stop
network-manager instructions and follow the instructions to capture the
syslog from the "Capture Log" section
(tail -n0 -f /var/log/syslog > /tmp/syslog)
and attach
Now I've updated the Kernel through Synpatic and cannot detect any network
anymore so the bug is still there. Please advise how to use the command:
sudo modprobe -r DRIVER
