I saw the same problem - highly annoying. To be specific I deleted the
following entries in gconf:
/apps/evolution/calendar/sources - MAPI entry
/apps/evolution/memos/sources/ - MAPI entry
/apps/evolution/tasks/sources/ - MAPI entry
