Indeed, this depends on the theme used by the system. If you don't have
a transparent background file a bug against the theme for your controls.

The problem here is that webboard takes the gtk-paste image provided by
the theme... Also, in the menu it is displayed fine, perhaps it's just a
problem with the panel...

I am on Feisty with Webboard 0.2 and it is still not transparent. Would
be favourable if this was fixed for Gutsy. If someone can give me
instructions on how to fix the package/applet to use the correct
graphics I'll do it.
