I have included this modification in my next patch for ibus, I'm
currently in the process of debugging a series of issues and will be
pushing the fixes out as soon as I can.

Is there any way we can get this released? I have been asking for people
to help me with the patch, but apparently it's rather difficult. I am
also suffering from this bug
