Public bug reported:
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev and libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 are exactly the same
package.
They both provide:
Package: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0
Package: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-dev
Package: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-doc
Package: libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0-udeb
It's not normal at all. the difference between -dev and normal package is not
respected here.
libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0 should only provide libgdk-pixbuf2.0-0
