Thanks for your reply. I used to get the error on every restart. Finally i
reformated and installed the ubuntu again. The problem arises after updating
the kernel 25, due to some non compatibility.
This solves my problem as i am on old version of kernel.

to reinstall mountall, go to system - administration - synaptic package
manager, click on search and type mountall, right click on the green square and
select mark for reinstallation, apply, confirm.
I lay this repport open, if the issue appear again just report here.
