There is something wrong with the dependencies of libkwebkit-dev:

I'm using maverick. Installed webkitkde packages are:

ii  kpart-webkit                               0.9~svn1127626-0ubuntu2          
               WebKit KPart
iU  libkwebkit-dev                             0.9~svn1127626-0ubuntu2          
               KDE bindings for WebKit, Development files
ii  libkwebkit1                                0.9~svn1127626-0ubuntu2          
               KDE bindinngs for WebKit

(I tried to install the -dev package by hand, that worked half way.
Configuration failed though.)
