Public bug reported:

After switching to battery (unplug energy supply wire) everything freeze.
Nothing responding, the only way to get out is a hard reboot.

When i try to see the log files : all the last session has disappeared!

this happening since I use the last kernel : 2.6.35-22-generic and I
have the same bug in 32 and 64bit version

My configuration :
ASUS K50I
Pentium dual-core T4400 (2.2GHz)
4G RAM
GeForce 310M
Ubuntu 10.10
linux 2.6.35-22-generic-pae
