I am now having a new problem.
Previously mine was connecting ok.
now it will either connect to the router, but cannot access the
internet, or will not connect at all.

If I click on the willow on ESSID in network-manager on Dapper with
Gnome 2.14 I cut see the availabele networks but I can't this
In that log, I see it associating to the router... not disassociating.

Can you please attach the segment of your /var/log/syslog when the
disassociation occurs?
This doesn't sound like a NM issue, but rather the underlying hardware.
