Public bug reported:
This doesn't appear to occur at any paticular time. I've had it happen
when not doing anything watching YouTube and then again when switching
from another tab to the tab with the video on YouTube playing in it. I
have firefox running under aoss since I couldn't get sound working
otherwise.
