There is a suspend/resume script for PulseAudio that might be a part of
this problem:
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/01PulseAudio
If you remove this file (preferably, back it up somewhere in your home
directory or somewhere), will that resolve your problem?

I have solved it this way:
