Alexia Death, thank you for reporting this bug and helping make Ubuntu
better. This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any
activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? If

"pcie_aspm=off" works for my usage as a workaround, but Im told by a
friend that had the same problem that it will not be enough if you use
an external monitor.
