Public bug reported:
After any of applications crashes there is an icon in notification area - the
black bomb turned upside down.
Unless the use of this icon has been authorised by Susan Kare, I suppose it
might be the case of copyright infringement, as the icon was originally
designed by Susan Kare for Apple Macintosh.
