Binary package hint: gnome-games
Ubuntu installed fine on my new laptop. I went to try quadrapassel. But
instead of a nice smooth game, the quadrapassel window area where the
blocks fall flickered on and off at about one second intervals. One
second there's the falling block in front of the foot logo background,
the next second: white area where the picture should have been.
This program shouldn't come pre-installed on ubuntu if it has so many
bugs. (on an unrelated? note, the controls didn't work so well. There
seemed to be lag between pressing a button and having the block move.)
