Varnish 2.x has been EOL for a long time and this bug as such does not
apply anymore. Installation scripts were adapted to work with upstaart
and are now in sync with systemd policy in debian.

I'm hitting this error on an otherwise up-to-date lucid server. The
problem is that the package attempts to start an already running
service, when it should really restart. This breaks my apt-get
upgrades all over my network.
