I have had the same issue on my Sony Vaio VGNAR520E and Ubuntu Natty Beta 2. It happened while watching the videos through HDMI-out, though that might be unrelated. Needless to say, it did not happen with all files. Those problematic files played well with totem though. -- You received this bug n
