Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

whenever i unplug my power cord

Case 1 (even though there is lot of battery power remaining) : 
the error message pops up that the battery level is critically low and computer 
will shut down. plz connect the power cable. this is fault alarm

Case 2 (when battery is near about empty)
the same message shows up which is good. but as it says to connect the cable 
and even though we connect, it still suspends the laptop. i mean we saw the 
warning and connected the cord immediately(still 10 percent of battery is 
remaining) it should not suspend itself.
