Binary package hint: ia32-libs
In [k]ubuntu 10.10 ia32-libs package lack libQtWebKit library.
The absence of the library prevent running Google earth with non latin letters
based locale (google earth libraries have bug so ubuntu libraries should be
used but one is absent).
