This is an old bug. I have since moved on to 11.04 on most machines.
The only issue I get associated with updates on all machines is
language. I delete Eng-US and use Eng-GB and ITALIAN-IT. I find most
updates fail... Otherwise it seems to work.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. It seems that there was an error on your system when
trying to install a particular package. Please execute the following
command, as it will clear your package cache, in a terminal:
sudo apt-get clean
Then try
--
package mythbuntu-diskless-server-standalone (not installed) failed to
install/upgrade: cannot access archive: No such file or directory
