I think this bug is a rather small usability issue. This bug has been around
for some releases. It is still present in Ubuntu 10.10.
I have a Canon PowerShot SX20 IS. I don't think that the type of camera matters.
I took a screenshot. You can even generate this bug with the Ubuntu
10.10 live-cd.
Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. However, a paper cut should
be a small usability issue, in the default Ubuntu install, that affects many
people and is quick and easy to fix. So this bug can't be addressed as part of
this project.
