So, can you consider to remove that warning message? I guess just a litlle change in /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/20listchanges if [ -x /usr/bin/apt-listchanges ]; then ...; fi; solves that question. Thanks. -- Apt tries to run listchanges even when it is uninstalled
