The main thing that still uses http://people.ubuntu.com/~ubuntu-
archive/seeds/ is cron.germinate in the archive publisher itself.
However, the propagation delays from the primary bzr branch to these
mirrors haven't been a problem of late, and it's actually been quite
convenient for cron.germinate

* Fix file descriptor leak in Germinator.parseStructure().
* Put the contents of the STRUCTURE seed file in a new structure output

* Change default seed distribution to ubuntu.feisty; note new naming
