Okay, nothing changed with -22 and linux-alsa-driver-modules. Now -23 is out of
proposed and I installed linux-alsa-driver-modules for it too and still no
change: audio comes from both speakers and headphones and choosing analog
headphones mutes both speakers and headphones.
I reckon you guys

That guide is not up to date. Or at least my Maverick won't find package
linux-alsa-driver-modules-$(uname -r) when uname -r says 2.6.35-23-generic.
However, I do have linux-backports-modules-alsa-maverick-generic installed (not
sure was it when I reported the bug).
I didn't mention this in
Just realized my kernel is from maverick-proposed. So that explains the guide
not working as it should.
Anyway, do I need to switch to -22?
