Binary package hint: unity
Under Unity, if a user goes:
Launcher->Applications->All Applications
then the number of icons offered is more than one page, causing the
scrollbar to appear. The scrollbar is separated from the right-hand-
edge of the screen by a couple of pixels, making it hard to hit.
Ideally the hit-zone (bounding box) should extend right to the screen
edge.
