Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: syscp

I originally had xampp 1.7.2
then rename the folder at that time I had originally not stopped the lampp
service.
Then attempted an install but it got stuck half way.
Then force restart
sysnaptic package manager would not startup again then gave instructions to run
some code
I went into terminal and root login and excuted it gave me a cli - gui looking
interface and took passwords and clamed to install.
However, there was no interface in applications or system
I started my browser in local host and it said some engine is there but ther is
nothing to show.
I tried localhost/syscp/ and it triggered a download screen
I then went to synaptic and uninstalled
when to ubuntu software center and attempted to install but it was stuck
THen when I attempted to uninstall in to admin password but stuck on database
I restarted tried again with ubuntu software center however same problem.
I then select abort couple of time and its seam to uninstall
Then I tried to install it again to no avail as soon after it was stuck again
and gave this error message.
