Binary package hint: evince

1. Open a PDF in Evince
2. Set view to "Fit Page Width"
3. Edit -> "Save Current Settings as Default"
4. Close Evince and reopen
5. View will be set to "Fit Page Width". However, it will revert to "Best Fit" 
when selecting any page in the Index Pane on the left.
