Sorry for re-opening this, but please do a bit of reserch before closing bugs. As seen on packages.ubuntu.com, xmodmap.* files are found _only_ under gnome-applets-data. KDE has _not_ them under any package. I've two questions: 1) Why the files, if those are gnome-applets files (for which applet?)
