Public bug reported: Binary package hint: ubiquity
I need to create a 8mb partition at the end of my sdcard for boot booster on my eeepc 701 the ubuntu partitioner does not allow this I try to create a partition of anywhere between 8000mb - 8086mb so that I can create a 8mb partition after either with ubuntu or manually and all attempts when I go through the process and click ok it goes back to the partition screen without creating the partition. I also tried creating the partition map manually and ubiquity crashed when going in to the partitioner This has caused me to be unable to use ubuntu at the moment ** Affects: ubiquity (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/686864 Title: Partitioner does not allow small partitions or crashes on existing partition map -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
