all these 'resume resume_offset' options don't make sense, going to use
swap partition

Bug persists most definitely in 11.04 natty.
I have 2 GB asus and have created a 6GB swap.disk file.
Yet the swap header missing' problem remains.
perhaps there actually should be a swap header - is it an option for mkswap?

exactly same issue with completely different hardware, still using swap
file.
