Hi, I didn't read your comment properly and collected with Xinerama enabled with which monitor hotplugging still doesn't work as you said. :-) Unfortunately the only multi display alternative I can get to work without Xinerama is the cloning so I can't really test if the hotplugging works. -- Yo

Due to Xinerama's design, monitor hotplugging can't work there. However, it does work with XRANDR and KMS. fglrx now supports XRANDR 1.2 (but not KMS). I can't easily test this on my own hardware but suspect it should work properly now. Would you mind testing oneiric (using fglrx with RANDR and
