This issue also affects me. I'm using Ubuntu 11.04 release (not alfa,
beta etc.)
tomboy Version 1.6.0
unity 3.8.12
this bug is appears not on every session. sometimes after rebooting all works
fine.
Also restarting the unity (for example using Alt+F2) all works fine.

@Sebastien Bacher - Are you still having this problem with the Tomboy
launcher icon? Try to issue the sudo apt-get update and sudo apt-get
upgrade commands each day to keep your system up to date with the latest
fixes. Ubuntu 11.04 Alpha is still a work in progress, yet we can look
forward to a mor

unity, but yeah, I can confirm the issue :)
