We currently get loudmouth unmodified from Debian. Since this is a
simple library, I think it would be less maintenance work to promote
this and deal with the unlikely event of an issue that needed fixing
post release than to take on the burden of developing and maintaining a
port to adns.

Approved. I fixed debian/copyright to note that the license is actually
LGPL-2.1+, not LGPL-2+. It would also be nice if there was a bug
subscriber.
