Yes; that does affect me. But that affected me independently of this one that has more recently appeared. Previously, even though that one would still be the case, I could un-maximise Chromium and not have any superfluous window dressing: it seems bug 711567 is more to do with the interaction of

Once I've got the duplicate title bar by starting an application maximised (see comment #7) it doesn't matter how many times I restore the window to normal size and maximise again - there's always a duplicate. However the following steps (continuing from those in comment #7) almost always gets
