Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

When trying to switch mail folder, normally evolution shows a pop-up field that
autoexpands the typed in folder, and then allows to move forward through the
matching folder names with the down-arraw etc.
Since I upgraded to maverick, I notice that regularly after some time of
running evolution, this behaviour disappears and everything that I type (to
select a folde) appears rather in the text box on top of the directory of mails
in the present foldes, hence as search text to find a message inside the active
folder.
I find no way, of reactivating the auto-expansion/folder-switching feater.
Thus the only way to switch folders then is to scroll and select the folders by
using the mouse. Not very elegant!
