I believe that this bug can be closed, since the OP has discovered for himself
how to boot into a CD and remove Ubuntu from his system. However, the syptoms
he describes are certainly unusual (text across the purple desktop, etc). This
should never be a result of unclean shutdown.

next day
I changed the BIOS boot sequence for cd rom first, using the win7 disk I
have, restarted the system, and finally got ubuntu off my system. thank
GOD! that thing was driving me crazy, omg
