i think the static buttons should be styled differently, in that they are no
launchers and are not styled as such.
the Trash e.g. should not have a background, its icon should be directly on the
sidebar.
This way it is more obvious that it will not behave like a launcher when
interacted with.

I think it would be a valid design choice to have more of the launchers
in specific locations. But for the moment, we are taking a different
approach, in that we're letting people move the launchers around freely
(except for Trash). We can re-evaluate this in a future release.

moment it stands out as if it were an app launcher, because of the color
it has.. could it make sense to make it greyish like the trash is? That
would help the human eye recognize a relationship with other monochrome
