Public bug reported:

I have a USB bluetooth adapter. When I connect it using either of my two
USB hubs, it doesn't work. The bluetooth applet doesn't appear, and if I
run System:Preferences:Bluetooth, it reports that bluetooth is disabled,
and provides a button labeled "Turn On Bluetooth". When I press the
button, it becomes greyed out and doesn't do anything for as long as I
have waited (a few minutes).

When I unplug the bluetooth adapter from the hub, the Bluetooth
Preferences window updates to report that there are no bluetooth
adapters present. Then, when I plug the adapter directly into one of my
computer's USB ports, the window updates again with the usual display
showing a text field for my computer's friendly name and a list of
devices and so forth. If I turn on my bluetooth headset at this point, I
can use it just fine, for example to make calls with Skype.

With Ubuntu 10.04 I was able to connect the same USB adapter to the same
hubs, and use the same headset.

Please find attached a screenshot of the "bluetooth is disabled" error.
